James was a delight to work with on our recent concrete tile roof repair/ renovation. Communication was excellent every step of the way and the work was done extremely well and on time. For example, we asked them to rescreen two torn soffit vents; they replaced ALL of them. We had multiple leaks with ceiling stains and corrosion on plaster ceilings. They completed both the interior and roof work needed including repainting so we didn't have to bring in a second company; they even repaired the condensation damage around the ceiling vents in this old house. After sealing the roof it looked brand new and made it possible for us to sell the house at a good price. Their price was very reasonable and saved us from having to completely replace the roof.
